Camping 

FOR GAITHERIN WEEKEND ONLY
Camping  Information 
Camping is available at the Hirsel Homestead.  Tents and caravans welcome.  This is 20  minutes walk from the town centre  in the beautiful wooded surroundings of The Hirsel.  
Cost: £5 per night per unit (caravans) and £2 per night for small tents.  
See diagram here (.pdf  )   or ( .doc )  of exactly where you are allowed to camp. The area is to the east of the Hirsel steading accessed on the right past the tearoom. If in doubt, ask at the tearoom or collect a printout from the Gaitherin Desk at the school or Community Centre. 

Toilets and wash hand basins available to campers, but no showers.  
Pay at The Hirsel Tea Room & Gallery.

Please do not pitch tents near The Caravan Club Site which is in operation on the west side of the car park this weekend.
