    A great traditional music weekend in the picturesque Tweedside town of Coldstream 


Where is Coldstream? -  Location -  TD12 4AP 

Coldstream is about 45 miles southeast of Edinburgh and about 53 miles northwest of Newcastle. It is situated on the Scottish side of the River Tweed which forms the border between Scotland and Northumberland.

By road From Newcastle follow the A1 and take the junction just north of Morpeth onto the A697, follow this road through wooded valleys and rolling hills until Cornhill-on-Tweed where Coldstream comes into view.

By road From Edinburgh follow the A68 turning left at Carfraemill roundabout onto the A697 .Continue through Greenlaw to Coldstream.

By rail Nearest mainline station is at Berwick-upon-Tweed.

By bus  There is a bus service to Coldstream from Berwick station. Details are on the Traveline Scotland Website where you can use the Journey Planner to find times. Buses are about every two hours.
Coldstream is a small town and everything is within easy walking distance.

The Shops, Community Centre and pubs are all situated in the Main Street.

Coldstream Primary School is a short walk through the park behind the Community Centre.

Festival Camping (Gaitherin weekend only) is on the Tweed Green, by the river at the east end of the town.
